Menginterview Untuk Posisi Helpdesk

helpdeskBaru saja selesai menginterview 2 calon untuk posisi helpdesk yang kosong, secara minggu depan Sela (helpdesk IT) akan moving ke Project Control Departement *I will Miss her Much* telebih lagi untuk bawelin dia…hehehehehe….

Sebenernya dari sisi technical gw gak mo expect banyak dari mereka karena mereka memang fress baru lulus, cuman pengen tau walaupun secara teori mereka mengerti istilah2 IT terlebih istilah2 yang sering banget di pake di kantor. yang paling penting adalah Bahasa Inggris karena Helpdesk adalah muara semua complain dan kerjaan. Semua complain yang ke IT harus ke dia dulu…coba deh kalo Bahasa Inggrisnya gak bagus yang ada nanti bos2 bule itu ngomong gak nyambung sama dia. Si bule minta ganti password nanti si helpdesk bikin tiket complainnya ganti CPU kan berabe tuh…hehehehe…

Nah that’s way gw bikin soal Bahasa Inggris dan meminta mereka untuk menjawabnya Bahasa Inggris juga :D (*walaupun Bahasa Inggriss gw juga gak bagus2 banget*) Gw juga gak berharap mereka menjawab dengan tepat dan benar serta bener2 detail, tapi gw cuman pengen tau sampai mana wawasan mereka tentang istilah2 itu.

Nah berikut cuplikan2 tes-nya mereka, bisa gw sharing karena testnya dah beres ….hehehehehehe…

    1. sure. i am 2 years on MLM. and still growing my network . do you want to joint with us?
    2. sure. the business is always about customer satisfaction, selling more and developing your network.
    3. oh, proxy is near from monas. i have a partner on proxy. i will lead you.
    4. attitude, attitude, attitude. dunno why, my mentor always says it.
    5. sure. every time. i always reboot my computer if it get a problem. if it doesn’t fix the problem, just plug an pray.

    Kalo dak salah dikompas sabtu ada low di chevron. Posisi HD itu termasuk yg ada dikompas ga? Kalo ada ko dah dikepilih, wong closing date for applìcationnya april 21, 08.
